Brúarfoss
Where waterfall visitors come from, and go next.
At the popular Brúarfoss waterfall, Parka analytics revealed where visitors arrive from and where they head next, the origin and onward journey data that turns one site into a picture of regional tourist flow.
South Iceland

Brúarfoss is a popular tourist destination, but its owners and regional planners had no view of where visitors came from, whether other tourist sites or neighbourhood parking, or where they travelled to next.
Parka's plate matching analytics mapped both sides of the journey: where Brúarfoss traffic arrives from and where it goes afterwards, across Iceland's tourist network. The result is an evidence base for tourism strategy and infrastructure planning across multiple sites at once.
